Agios Stefanos

Kos Island is only about 1 mile wide at its Narrowest Point. Here on the South Side of Kos Island on Kefalos Bay at the Southernmost end of Kamari Beach you will find the magical ruins of Agios Stefanos Christian Basilicas.

The access road to the ruins (opposite a small volcanic island), is alongside Club Med.

You can swim amongst the rocks or from the beach here, where you may also find some pumice stones which float when thrown into the sea!
